Torsion Spring

Torsion springs are helical springs Developed to exert a rotational (torque) force when twisted. The ends of the spring are fixed to separate components, and when these components rotate around the spring’s center, the spring applies force to return them to their original position.

At Tushar Spring Works, we manufacture torsion springs in both simple and complex configurations, custom-Developed to match your exact specifications and functional needs. These springs are commonly used in applications requiring angular movement, such as clamps, levers, hinges, automotive assemblies, and industrial mechanisms.

We produce torsion springs using round wire with diameters ranging from 0.30 mm to 7.00 mm, and up to 10.00 mm for small and medium batch requirements. Various leg shapes, coil diameters, number of turns, and winding directions can be tailored to your specific application. Each spring is manufactured with precision, ensuring durability, consistent torque, and high-performance rotation control.
