Wire Forms

Wire forms and spring clips are precision-engineered components Developed to secure, hold, or position parts within a mechanical assembly. These components are commonly used in dynamic systems to connect, cushion, or retain parts between two moving elements.
At Tushar Spring Works, we manufacture simple to highly complex wire forms using advanced CNC wire bending machines from Korea, ensuring precision, repeatability, and high-speed output.

We primarily use round wire for production, but also offer square or rectangular cross-sections upon request. Our capabilities span wire sizes from 0.30 mm to 14.00 mm, catering to both light-duty and heavy-duty industrial applications. We are especially specialized in the production of critical torsion rods and customized wire forms for the automotive sector.
